Following graduation from ITT Tech in 2011 with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science with a concentration in Computer Network Systems, Francis worked at Team Logic IT of Northeast Massachusetts as a field technician until 2016 where he gained experienced in Network Infrastructure Design, Microsoft Active Directory, Backup & Disaster Recovery Planning, Client Support, VPN Setups as well as Group Policies. Additionally, he provided remote/onsite support for 1,700 plus end users and provided Network & Vulnerability Assessments, maintained servers’ life cycles, trained new field techs and configured routers and switches. Francis is currently certified as a VCE Certified Converged Infrastructure Associate.
Daniel comes to WTG with extensive network design and administration experience in both campus and cloud/hosted environments. He also brings experience from various other facets of IT including client support, software development, and systems and web administration. Prior to WTG, Daniel was a Network Engineer for Kaseya’s TechOps team where he designed and managed OpenStack, Hyper-V, and VMware environments. He graduated Magna cum Laude from Gordon College with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Classical Studies, and Mathematics and he is an Eagle Scout.
Matt is a Systems Engineer with extensive experience with system architecture and design, project management and system security. He has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry where he was integral in leading projects to implement systems to meet audit, regulatory and security requirements for the environment. Matt also has comprehensive experience with Microsoft AD, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft System Center, Citrix, system vulnerability management utilities (Tenable/Nessus, Qualys), cloud based technologies (Azure, AWS, and various SaaS/IaaS solutions), virtualization, and storage.
Mike is an accomplished Systems Administrator with years of experience managing Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, VMware and SANs. Prior to joining WTG, Mike was Senior Systems Administrator for American Superconductor in Devens, MA, where he was responsible for managing a global server infrastructure and instrumental in choosing and implementing CommVault. Mike brings extensive networking knowledge, and experience with managing projects aimed at reducing IT operating expenses. He is a 2007 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Worcester State College with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Aaron joins the WTG technical team with extensive experience in managing Exchange, Active Directory, file systems, backup and restore. Previously a Windows System Administrator for Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Aaron was responsible for reducing the infrastructure footprint through server virtualization as well as implementing service level high availability and disaster recovery. He is a 2001 graduate of Westfield State College, where he majored in Computer Science.
Jim has over twenty-five years of experience in information systems including computer systems management, design, programming, installation, training, and support. Prior to joining WTG, Jim was Systems Manager at Gordon College in Wenham, MA where he managed the College’s computer systems including the Storage Area Network and backup and restore system. Previous experience includes eleven years at IDX Systems Corporation in Burlington, VT where he was a software engineer. Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Vermont, and a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from the Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
